I'm a UX designer who thrives at the intersection of complex problems and elegant solutions. My focus is on B2B software: the kind that's often overlooked in terms of user experience, but where good design can make the biggest impact.
Beyond pushing pixels, I'm passionate about building and nurturing UX teams. I believe that great products come from great processes, and I've spent years refining methodologies that help organizations embed user-centered thinking into their DNA.
